Do you take insurance and how does that work?
All sessions are self-pay, as I do not accept insurance. This allows me to be much more flexible in helping you in the way you need. It allows me to work with you in the location of your choice, and to be on call in special circumstances. I can also offer video sessions to more people, as well as not be constrained by the requirement of insurance companies to provide a diagnosis and thereby put a label on your personal difficulties. Self-pay also means that a diagnosis won't follow you around with your insurance company. There are many benefits to self-pay!
Ok, you don't take insurance. What are your rates?
My rate is $150 per session, and if working with couples or polycules, it does go up from there. There are a very limited number of daytime sliding scale spots. Ask to find out if there are any available.
